Students’ use of mobile phones
On site, out of sight We do not allow Year 7-11 students access to their mobile phone when on the school site. Phones and headphones should not be visible; they should be kept in a bag or in the inside blazer pocket. Any phone or headphones seen on site will be immediately confiscated by staff.
Sixth Form students may use their phone is Sixth Form designated areas only. |
Three Rivers Academy School Uniform and Equipment Policy 2024/25
We expect all students to wear our uniform with pride and arrive at lessons on time and with the correct equipment We consider that a smart uniformed appearance is an important element in the setting of high standards and reflects the tone and ethos of the school All uniform items should be clearly marked with the student’s name The cooperation of parents in helping us to set and maintain these high standards of appearance is essential We reserve the right to send students home if they are not dressed appropriately in school uniform so that they can rectify the issue before returning to school
The decision about what is and what is not acceptable will always remain with the school |

A plain white revere collar shirt (this does not require a tie) [if this option is chosen the student has the option of a House colour chevron* under the school badge on the blazer]
Alternatively, a plain white shirt with top button and blue stripped tie. If worn, the tie must be done up to the collar and worn at an acceptable length
Please note: House coloured ties are still permitted for those who already have this as part of their uniform i.e. before the uniform update was implemented. We would advise purchasing a blue tie when replacing the current tie |
